ITALIAN restaurant chain Carluccio’s has agreed to a £90.3 million (€109.7m) takeover by Middle Eastern retail giant Landmark Group.

The Regional Association of Campania in PA, USA, based in Norristown, held its annual fundraising “Italian Night” Saturday evening at Greco Roman restaurant in Jeffersonville.
